• The old product must belong to the same category as the new product being purchased.
• The old product must be physically available at the time of delivery or collection.
• The exchanged product should be complete and reasonably identifiable.
• Exchange eligibility is subject to inspection by RK Spare Parts.

3. Exchange Value

4. Inspection Process
