  • Products used, altered, or modified after delivery.
  • Products purchased under special clearance offers.

4. Refund Approval Process

Once the refund request is received, our support team will review the request and may ask for images, videos, invoice copies, or other supporting documents.

7. Shipping Charges

8. Cancellation Before Shipment
